The Grand Lounge became a creative studio for an evening. Art of Club brought TamsArt — LA's go-to paint party collective — into the building for a night of wine, craft, and genuine connection. Every seat was filled and residents were able to bridge a stronger relationship with their neighbors and extended community.

The Grand has some of the most beautiful amenity spaces in Downtown Los Angeles — and on Oscar night, Art of Club brought them fully to life. The theater and bar were transformed into a luxury living room experience — sommelier-selected wines, artisanal snacks, and neighbors gathered together watching cinema's biggest night unfold. The kind of evening that makes you proud of where you live.

Luxe Bouquet Bar

We celebrated Valentine's Day by bringing a Luxe Bouquet Bar into The Grand's lobby — reminding residents, on their way in and out of the building, of the beauty it is to live here. Hand-crafted arrangements, fresh florals, and a moment of warmth at the top of an ordinary day.

Flowers for Our Ancestors

Our Día de los Muertos pop-up at The Grand was filled with color and intention — fresh marigolds from the Los Angeles Flower Market and handmade donuts from the iconic Donut Man. A warm invitation to pause, remember, and celebrate. Blending art, tradition, and sweetness, the activation honored life's fleeting beauty in true Los Angeles fashion.

A Luau in the Sky

To celebrate the height of the season, Art of Club transformed The Grand's rooftop into an elevated island experience — tropical, vibrant, and community-driven. The activation featured floral-making classes with lei and arrangements residents could take home, a custom tropical bar, and a gourmet island-inspired spread by award-winning Broken Mouth.
